PAYMENT & SHIPPING POLICY
Payment is due in full before any orders are shipped. Ashlei Shannon accepts all major credit cards through PayPal secure checkout. We reserve the right, with or without notice, to cancel or refuse to process any payments/orders we suspect to be fraudulent or made in error.
Ashlei Shannon ships anywhere in the contiguous United States via USPS or UPS. We do not ship outside of the United States. Any international orders will be canceled, and a refund will be issued.
We offer free domestic shipping within the contiguous United States on orders over $50.
*When ordering, please make sure to provide us with an accurate mailing address. Ashlei Shannon is not responsible for items that are sent to an incorrect address at the fault of the customer. Any orders returned to us, marked undeliverable or unclaimed, will be refunded less the cost of shipping (even if the order qualified for our free shipping promotion).
Due to the nature of the products we sell, we do not accept returns on the following: dining products including but not limited to drinkware, dinnerware, cutlery, and napkins, jewelry, or cosmetics. We also do not accept returns on fragile items including glass and ceramic.
If you aren't sure if your items can be returned, please inquire with us before placing your order.
All returns must be authorized. Any items returned without receiving authorization will not be refunded, nor will they be reshipped to the customer.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, but we will provide the return label and deduct the cost of return shipping from the customer's refund. Items must be returned unopened, in resalable condition within 7 days of the return authorization for a refund to be issued.
If for some reason your item was damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery confirmation so that we can resolve the issue. Please include your current contact information, order number, and photos of the damaged item(s) in your email.
